Privacy notice
This notice explains how FeatureIT collects, uses, and protects personal information on the Coherenz 5.0 website (www.coherenz.io). Coherenz 5.0 is a marketing site. We process personal information in two ways: the details you choose to send us through the diagnostic enquiry form, and — only where you consent — information collected by website analytics, including identifiers such as cookies, as described below.
Who we are
FeatureIT operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described below. If you have a question about this notice or a request relating to your information, please get in touch and we will respond.
The diagnostic enquiry form
When you book a diagnostic conversation, the form asks for your name, work email, organisation, role, country or region, area of interest, and a short problem statement. We also record your consent choices. We ask only for what we need to respond to your enquiry — please do not send production datasets, credentials, or sensitive operational details.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to manage it as a lead in FeatureIT’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. Consent to be contacted about your enquiry is kept separate from optional consent to receive marketing; you can give one without the other, and you can withdraw either at any time by contacting us. Submissions are validated on our server and protected against spam and abuse; we do not use the contents of the form for advertising or analytics profiling.
Website analytics
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 — a service provided by Google — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics is off until you consent, and you can decline or withdraw consent at any time.
When analytics is active, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and generates a client identifier to recognise your browser across pages and visits, and it receives or derives technical information including your IP address, an approximate location derived from that IP address, your device and browser type, the referring page, and the pages and interactions you trigger on the site. This information is processed by Google as our analytics provider and may be processed by Google outside your country. It is retained according to the retention period we configure in Google Analytics and Google’s own policies. You can control it by declining or withdrawing consent, using your browser’s cookie controls, or Google’s opt-out tools.
We use analytics to see how visitors move through the site — for example page views, whether a visitor explores a role or industry section, which calls to action are used, and how far people get through the enquiry form. We keep the events we send to a fixed, structured set: we do not put the free-text you type, your name, email, or the contents of the enquiry form into these events. During local and pre-release review the site runs in a mock mode with analytics disabled, so no analytics data is collected at all.
Who we share information with
Enquiry information is handled in FeatureIT’s CRM and, where you have consented, the usage and analytics information described above — including the cookies, client identifier, and technical data — is processed by Google as our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal information. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can decline analytics, choose whether to receive marketing, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided through the enquiry form. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will action your request in line with applicable privacy law.
